Our providers care! We understand your unique challenges and needs. Our specialized expertise in addition to our compassionate care will give you the necessary documents you require in a thoughtful and timely manner.

What can I expect from a mental health evaluation?

Our mental health evaluations offer in-depth insights into an individual's psychological well-being, providing valuable information for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Are diagnoses guaranteed?

Our evaluations are comprehensive with a thorough review of military and/or medical records. We conduct interviews that range from 30-90 minutes to provide supplemental information to the evaluation. Based on information collected, we provide diagnoses as warranted based on DSM-5-TR clinical criteria.

What information will I receive from my evaluation?

Depending on your specific needs:

  • Each individual will receive a feedback session and a completed psychological evaluation report. We can also provide this report to others as you request.
  • Each veteran will receive a completed DBQ (disability benefits questionnaire), Nexus letter (independent medical opinion), and/or Evaluation Summary report after each completed evaluation.
