General Psychological Evaluations
Diagnostic clarification (ADHD; Depression; Anxiety; Bipolar; PTSD; etc.)
These psychological evaluations are for diagnostic clarification and can be completed in person in Missouri or utilizing telehealth technology for ages six and older in 47 US states (including DC and Northern Mariana Islands). These are typically completed in 1-3 appointments with a two-week turnaround time for the report after the final testing is completed. We strive to provide convenient access to health care services in order to improve quality of life.

Pre-Surgical Evaluations
Pre-Surgical Evaluations prior to Bariatric or Spinal Cord Stimulator Surgery
These psychological evaluations are for those seeking bariatric or spinal cord stimulator surgery and are currently completed in person in Missouri or utilizing telehealth technology in 47 US states (including DC and Northern Mariana Islands) as well as Quebec, Canada. These are typically completed in 1-2 appointments with a 48-hour turnaround time for the report to the patient and their surgeon. We strive to provide convenient access to health care services in order to improve quality of life.

Veterans Services
Telepsych Mental Health Evaluations
Currently, we are conducting one-time clinical evaluations in person in Missouri or utilizing telehealth technology for veterans in 47 US states (including DC and Northern Mariana Islands). These evaluations provide support in the VA disability claims process. We strive to provide convenient access to health care services in order to improve veteran's quality of life.

DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) and Nexus Letters (Independent Medical Opinion that links your diagnosis and the connection between your condition and your military service)
Through our thorough evaluation process, we provide clinical documentation to support your VA claim. Nexus Letters and DBQ's are generated through review of medical and military records. One of our providers will review your records and generate the necessary documentation based on the provided information.
Rebuttal Letters
We will provide rebuttal letters to help address discrepancies in information and inaccurate statements noted within VA denial letters. Rebuttal letters are exclusively available to veterans who have received our services and were denied for a claim for which we provided support.
Assisted Reproductive Technology Psychological Evaluations
These psychological evaluations are for those navigating the journey of assisted reproduction. Our platform is dedicated to providing thorough evaluations for all participants in the ART process, including egg donors, gestational carriers, intended parents, and collaborative joint sessions. These evaluations are currently completed utilizing telehealth technology in 47 US states (including DC and Northern Mariana Islands) as well as Quebec, Canada. These are typically completed in 1 appointment with a 48- business hour turnaround time for the report to the agency/clinic. Our mission is to empower all participants with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions and build the family they envision.
